How to reheat leftover apizza (please skip the microwave)
Yes, there will be leftovers. No, the microwave is not invited. Three methods ranked, from best to acceptable.

Our pies are 18 inches. Even the ambitious take a box home. Here is how to bring it back to life.
1. Skillet with a lid (best)
Set a slice in a dry skillet over medium heat, cover, and wait three to four minutes. The bottom re-crisps while the trapped steam re-melts the cheese. This is the closest you will get to the oven.
2. Oven or toaster oven (great)
Heat to 450 degrees, put the slice directly on the rack, and give it five minutes. A pizza stone or steel makes it even better. Do not bother preheating for one slice, but do not use a cold oven either.
3. Air fryer (acceptable)
Three minutes at 375 degrees. The crust stays crisp and the cheese melts fast. Watch it, because the line between melted and burnt is about forty seconds.
What not to do
The microwave turns a charred, chewy crust into a soft frisbee. Cold pizza straight from the box, on the other hand, is a legitimate breakfast and we fully endorse it.
Ordered too much on purpose? Do it again. We will not tell.
